Mansfield will be Amazon’s fourth fulfilment centre in the East Midlands after Coalville, Chesterfield and Kegworth. This opening will create more than 1,000 permanent jobs for people in the region.
Amazon’s new state-of-the-art fulfilment centre will help meet growing customer demand and support more third-party sellers under its Fulfilment by Amazon programme.
The site will be equipped with advanced Amazon Robotics technology, which will be used on a daily basis to fulfil customer orders and support our employees.
Amazon will be recruiting a range of new roles ranging from operations managers, engineers, through to tech, HR and finance specialists.
