• Improve sellers and vendors experience providing them accurate calendar slots appointments for our Fulfilled By Amazon program
• Improve listing experience of our Selling Partners, improve their catalogue quality using Machine Learning models

New products:

• Public-API based omni-channel integration platform that enables e-commerce capabilities for selling partners
• Warehouse management and order management platform that allows selling partners to fulfil Amazon orders directly from their location

Machine Learning:

• Generate marketplace trust score combining signals from product quality, abuse and seller performance to represent the overall ‘trustworthiness’
• Graph based neural networks to reduce abuse by computing order level concession risk scores

Software as a Service:

• Platform independent, form factor independent point of sale billing system which can enable anytime, anywhere billing.
