The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is safety-focused and works to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment that handles physical material within our global network of Fulfillment Centers. Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineers (RMEs) prevent Operations downtime and play an integral role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. The team continuously develops and invents way to improve current processes, working with cutting edge technologies like robotics and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). From installation of automated packaging systems to the repair of our distribution equipment, the RME team is constantly diving deep to innovate new ways to maintain our Fulfillment Centers.
