Our Operations managers lead teams as large as 150 associates. They inspire others with their positive energy. They're responsible for all operations and functional processes in our fulfillment centers. They must be able to delegate, gather data, and offer ideas for continuous improvement.

As a leader, your focus will be on motivating and mentoring your team and improving processes. You'll make sure your associates have all the tools they need to succeed at any task during a shift. You'll also make sure safety, quality, attendance, and engagement are maintained at high levels.
