At Amazon, our HR business partners (HRBPs) collaborate across the company with HR peers and business leadership teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management. Our HRBPs are client-facing and partner directly with their business leaders to deliver solutions tailored to their employee needs. They build strong relationships in their networks, provide executive coaching, review operational effectiveness, and develop programs that run across various Amazon teams. Our HRBPs can be aligned to support corporate leaders, field leaders, or internal support teams. They are also aligned to support specific business lanes at Amazon, for example, World Wide Operations, Consumer, Physical Stores, Alexa, Devices, Prime Video, Music, AWS, etc.

No matter who our HRBPs support, they always start with our customers and work backwards to deliver meaningful products to our employees and business leaders. We value the guidance and expertise of our HRBPs to help our business leaders look around corners to improve organizational health and the overall employee experience.
