DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior Technical Program Manager – for the Amazon Shopper Panel team. The Amazon Shopper Panel is a consumer-facing application that supports Amazon Ads Measurement. This role will play a pivotal part in helping scale Shopper panel capabilities and to launch new geographies. These upgrades will enable advertisers to measure, analyze, and optimize their campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. As part of the Amazon Shopper Panel team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to scale panelist participation across multiple programs and locales. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data-driven reporting products. You will help build advertiser-facing measurement to help them understand the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data-driven products at scale, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
