As a Sales and operations Associate for Amazon Bazaar, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on new challenges, deliver competitive pricing, analyze seller performance metrics to help them become successful on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and has the capability to influence internal/external stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate should be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.

Key job responsibilities
• Data driven analysis on key metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Support execution of key programs by enabling timely and accurate inputs through cross functional collaboration.
• Work with operational teams to solve seller reported issues

Prior Experience and skills:
• More than 2+ years of exp. in managing programs/operations/catalog.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
