As a Senior Account Executive at Twitch, you will drive digital advertising revenue by developing innovative solutions for large advertisers and agencies. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker with extensive digital advertising experience who can:
• Create compelling advertising strategies leveraging Twitch's unique platform
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior Amazon management
• Develop scalable advertising solutions that meet client marketing objectives
• Navigate complex sales environments with creativity and curiosity
• Engage with C-Suite clients and understand digital advertising landscapes
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The successful candidate will have proven experience in buying, planning, and selling digital advertising, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an evolving digital media ecosystem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising
• Proven track record in video advertising sales
• Experience selling various video formats (programmatic, direct, sponsorships)
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
• Experience working with agencies and brands
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment advertising
• Knowledge of streaming media and content creator ecosystems
• Experience with podcast, audio, or live content monetization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience presenting to senior executives
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
