DESCRIPTION

Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) is is experiencing significant growth, requiring a Senior Manager to lead Amazon's End-to-End (E2E) Solutions team scoping, implementing, and executing end-to-end solutions reducing cost to serve and increasing seller, shipper and customer confidence and trust in our supply chain.

This person will oversee, quantify, and evaluate all benefits related to E2E solutions, aligning with teams across Amazon in Inbound, Middle Mile, Finance, Customer Fulfillment, Last Mile and Technology. The role drives refined, predictable product offerings that enable growth across diverse shipping lanes, topology and building types. This is a people manager role and this person's team will develop and implement risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible.


A day in the life
Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to be a big leader and have the opportunity to truly run a business. The Senior Manager - E2E Solutions will build a team from the ground up to secure Amazon's entire supply chain. Initial key focus will include identifying security vulnerabilities, developing comprehensive solutions, and gaining leadership buy-in (both internal and external). As work mounts and the team grows, focus will shift to installing mechanisms to track progress, keep security initiatives on track, and validate impact across the end-to-end supply chain.

Daily activities will include partnering with key stakeholders across Inbound, Middle Mile, Last Mile, and Technology teams to implement security solutions at scale. This person will work closely with Finance to quantify benefits, Operations leaders to ensure solutions are practical and scalable, and Technology teams to drive automation. Influencing partners will require building compelling business cases, leading executive reviews, and maintaining strong relationships across the organization. Success in this role means constantly balancing strategic planning with tactical execution while coordinating multiple work streams across diverse stakeholder groups to protect Amazon's supply chain.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience in team management
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- MBA
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
