Marketing Manager, Amazon EU Expansion

Amazon is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to engage with Sellers within one or more product families to better serve European customers as part of EU Expansion Team. The successful candidate will work on different marketing initiatives for sellers on Amazon's new marketplaces in Europe and help them expand and grow their businesses by partnering with Amazon. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across different Seller segments. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives.
As part of the role, the Marketing Manager will drive seller engagement and marketing funnel growth to drive adoption of new programs and products among new Seller segments. The Marketing Manager will work with a wide range of internal stakeholders across EU, US and CN to drive adoption and grow Sellers from different countries of origin. The candidate will need to work closely with senior product managers, marketing managers and senior leaders from different countries to identify long-term and short-term growth opportunities for each Seller segment.
Key job responsibilities
Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon’s third-party business in selected Seller segments
Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all Sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions
Share learnings with your global counterparts (EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
Conduct deep dives to understand marketing reach to Sellers, their performance and actions to accelerate growth
Work closely with Product teams to identify product-specific scalable growth opportunities
Identify and manage projects to improve customer and Seller experience, working closely with multiple internal seller recruiting, product and marketing teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
