Sr. Technical Program Manager, Workforce Solutions - TA Products
DESCRIPTION
The Senior Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions - Corp Tech organization will lead the technology initiatives across multiple organizations, driving diverse initiatives supporting the Global Teams. We're looking for a unique technical expert to drive cross-organizational projects to build new products that enable recruiters to work at scale across amazon.jobs and our internal hiring experience. You will set the bar high, work with finance and business teams who bring unique challenges, and you will have to deliver results at a rapid pace.
Key job responsibilities
As a TPM on the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the definition, vision, design, roadmap and development of product features from beginning to end. You will:
• Understand the processes to define, design, and deliver business technical solutions-based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and design the product with the best customer experience.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of products.
• Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
