Key job responsibilities
•Build and execute customer engagement strategies across multiple emerging markets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch program initiatives
• Manage program governance, including policy development and compliance requirements
• Analyze program performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Develop scalable processes for program operations and growth

A day in the life
Your mornings typically begin with analyzing program metrics and connecting with global team members. You'll collaborate with product teams to enhance user experiences, align with legal partners on policy requirements, and work with analytics teams to identify growth opportunities. You'll participate in strategic planning sessions and help team members navigate complex challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in customer loyalty programs or digital engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of emerging markets retail landscape
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units
- Proficiency in program measurement and analytics
- Background in process improvement and optimization
