As eero continues to grow, we are building a world-class marketing organization and seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Software & Services to support both our consumer audience and our business customers globally. This role is responsible for leading marketing for key software and service offerings including our eero Plus subscription, eero Insight business offering, and supporting our eero for service providers (ESP) marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new software features and services, manage the growth and lifecycle of our eero Plus subscription offering across all channels and customer audiences, and oversee the in-market performance for select software across various customer segments.
This is a highly visible role which you will have an outsized impact. In this role you will develop an overarching marketing and go-to-market strategy for part of eero’s software portfolio. This includes strategic business planning, including understanding TAM, target audiences, market segments, business opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies to serve different customers. You will lead software positioning and messaging, pricing, sales forecasting, research & insights, and provide thought leadership to both the marketing and executive teams at eero. This role is highly cross-functional and you will be an excellent communicator both verbal and written. You are comfortable with frequent executive interactions, deep partnership with product, and drive cross-organization learnings by sharing best practices & insights for software/service adoption across our B2C and B2B customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the end-to-end marketing owner for eero Plus premium subscription offering.
- Lead product marketing strategy for eero Plus inclusive of audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and core value proposition; evaluate pricing and bundling for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Ahead of new features, services, and software launches, you’ll help determine feature prioritization, messaging, marketing activation opportunities, branding, pricing, naming, claims, and more that resonate most with customers.
- Post-launch, you will continue to look for customer-obsessed product enhancements that continuously add value to our existing product line. You will look around corners, analyzing competitor offerings and address eero’s unique value through sales enablement materials designed for key audiences.
- Collaborate with product to make feature improvements and enhance the value proposition of eero Plus offering by leveraging customer insights, engagement data, and customer feedback.
- Develop a growth marketing plan for eero Plus to drive adoption and engagement by leveraging strategies including on-site merchandising & bundles, lifecycle marketing, upsell strategies, partner marketing etc.
- Responsible for understanding and driving attainment of key engagement success metrics and performance for eero Plus.
- Own prioritization and GTM strategy/execution for select software and service features, experiences and launches across D2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
- Lead product marketing and GTM for the eero insight product offering, including messaging/positioning, GTM of new feature launches, and leveraging key insights to support our B2B customer positioning, sales enablement, and product adoption.
- Support our eero for service providers (ESP) offering by providing messaging and positioning of new features or offerings and partnering with sales and business teams to develop product storytelling and GTM assets for those features or improvements.
- Be the expert on our customers' software & services needs. Conduct market research and customer insights to understand what software features and benefits customers are seeking and that eero can uniquely deliver to enhance their home wifi experience.
- This role requires excellent cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners, including product, sales, finance, design, and external marketing agencies.
- Role is global in nature – will work with teams that support a global presence. Build strong internal relationships in eero/Amazon and with external partners. Influence internal teams including other regions to deliver the right results for our business growth.

eero’s Global Marketing Team brings the experience of fast, reliable wifi to life through full funnel marketing initiatives focused on converting our audiences while maximizing our resources. Our customers consist of end users as well as small businesses and internet service providers, spanning B2C, B2B and B2B2C. The team is highly results oriented, and at its core, focuses on driving efficiencies and delivering against our sales and revenue goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans.
- Proven track record of building end to end growth and engagement marketing plans for consumer or B2B subscription offerings.
- Superb written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills. Never misses a deadline and ensures that others don’t either.
- Technical category experience or desire to become technically versed in the networking/Wi-Fi category.
- Passion for experimentation. Values continuous learning and displays a growth mindset.
- Detail-oriented, but not afraid of failing.
- Creativity; demonstrated examples of thinking outside of the box and bringing creativity to the marketing organization.
- Deep understanding of research & insight, including how to develop research briefs, analyze and apply customer insights to inform a product strategy, marketing program or business objective;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
- Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
- Experience driving new business segment or services launches
- Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
