Employee Experience Executive - UAE National, People Initiatives, MENA
DESCRIPTION
Interested in working in an innovative and high-impact business to raise the bar on people experience and engagement. We are seeking a self-starter who can quickly familiarize themselves with this fast-paced environment, build relationships/trust with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership within the program which will require understanding of people and their motivations. High judgment, analytical talent and good document writing skills with concise communication are essential to success in this role.
In this role, You will influence internal and external stakeholders to drive people programs end to end.
This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on People workstreams. You should be comfortable working both at a strategic level and diving deep into the details to ensure solution feasibility and quality of execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop a key understanding of people and their motivations
- Create trust and safe environment to help understand key engagement areas for employee satisfaction
- Develop scalable and measurable programs to improve people engagement
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identify and coordinate with regional stakeholders and cross-orgs to achieve EE program sustainability post deployment.
2. Manage and analyze project intake, engagement data/surveys, and program expansion.
3. Responsible for site intake for the monthly newsletter.
4. Publish monthly event calendar and lead engagement initiatives across the site
5. Assists with organizing employee events and team building activities, Wellness Weeks, CSR Weeks, etc.
6. Partners with EA and Managers to encourage employee engagement with resources.
7. Conduct employee focus groups to compliment engagement surveys.
8. Partner with site ops leadership, Regional EE Sr. Program Manager to help leaders successfully build action plans based on engagement survey results. Measure the success of the events and highlighting potential employee facing metrics that will enable the Site Lead to track employee engagement progress at both an OU wide and a local unit level.
9. Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles.
10. Ability to influence the site leadership on engagement related themes.
11. You would be expected to travel occasionally.
12. Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment & multi-task.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of Program/Product/ HR management or equivalent experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally across teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Experience in employee engagement or HR function
