Key job responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions that support recruiting excellence
Partner with regional teams to identify training needs and develop standardized processes
Lead strategic initiatives to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Measure and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success


A day in the life
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, designing and implementing learning programs that enhance recruiting capabilities. You'll facilitate workshops, analyze program effectiveness, and nurture relationships with key partners to drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of exp in learning and development or program management
Experience in designing and implementing training programs
Demonstrated project management experience
Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Certification in learning and development methodologies
Experience working in a global, matrix organization
Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
