Be a part of the AWS Data Center Bridge team and build systems that simplifies the future of data center operations. We build systems that produce critical telemetry, apply reasoning and context to determine whether operator intervention is required, validate and safeguard data center safety, security, availability, and capacity delivery, and accelerate operations resolution time for emerging threats.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will partner with our engineering team to build products that will deliver safety and security outcomes with high visibility and impact in AWS data centers. You will own the product vision, the strategy and the prioritization that reflects the voice of the customers. You will be responsible for driving product innovations and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, business and tech teams. Cross-team coordination, product sense and executive presentation skills are essential. You will have end to end ownership - all the way from defining the strategy to measuring metrics to monitoring day to day progress of the product. The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated product professional with background in building products related to Computer Vision and security automation.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and drive product vision and strategy in alignment with the broader security automation vision
• Incorporate the needs of a large and diverse set of customers into a prioritized product roadmap
• Identify and execute product led security process transformation
• Be the single threaded leader representing the product at various avenues and to various stakeholders
• Influence the tech design in partnership with engineering and making sure technology choices are aligned to customer needs
• Identify and track the relevant product metrics to measure progress towards both customer impact and organizational goals

About the team
Our team build systems that detect emerging threats to Data Center Safety and Security by automating the handling and enrichment of those events including much needed planning and prioritization context, and customizing the operator execution experience where we can meaningfully accelerate high value prevention and response times inside data centers. We're an interdisciplinary team of Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Engineers, and Scientists dedicated to innovation across multiple strategies and products. Our team thrives on incubating and building novel solutions, leveraging machine learning and optimization techniques to tackle most challenging business problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
