Program Manager, Fee Strategy Operations
DESCRIPTION
The Program Management role will work with Fee Strategy, Product, Operations, and stakeholder across WW teams to support Fee Strategy within key workstreams such as go to market for fees/ incentives. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.
Fees Team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Program Manager who can deliver on cross-functional projects while aligning with team goals and partnering with multiple teams. You should understand business problems and have the ability to prevent or mitigate the consequences of poor business decisions. As the owner of the program, you should be able to look at the bigger business picture and drive outcomes by understanding relevant business requirements.
Key job responsibilities
1. Partner with WW cross-functional teams
2. Collaborate with Fee Strategy Product Managers to understand the business requirements and prepare the work backwards plan to drive and execute the GTM activities for Fee/Incentive launches, changes.
3. Solve for complex problems independently
4. Collaboration with WW partner teams including GPO, Microsites, CNGS, EUGS, US SAS, and DP&R, Ocean Operations team, to manage content readiness and announcement plans
5. Act as a liaison between the Fee strategy and WW partner teams to facilitate the Q&A sessions and manage the content updates delivery for BRDs, help pages, Paragon SOPs and blurbs for all fee/incentive types
6. Develop a playbook for annual, peak, mid-year fee/incentive change process to drive the GTM execution seamlessly
7. Perform the Fee/incentive changes validation and report the observations with product and team teams
8. Should be able to execute high priority (i.e., cross-functional, high impact) projects self-sufficiently
9. Develop a mechanism to collect the Seller VOS, gather and share summary with the product teams
10. Maintain a repository of the content resources and manage the ongoing content updates throughout the year
A day in the life
1. Prepare, maintain and finalize the annual, peak and midyear fee changes schedule in collaboration with the fee strategy GTM POC
2. Collaborate, execute and drive the GTM activities planned for the scheduled changes
3. Develop a working backwards plan for GTM execution, seller communications related to a fee/incentive policy change, and drive it effectively.
4. Ongoing maintenance of the content repository and manage updates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
