Senior Product Manager - Technical, Trade-In Team

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and transform our Trade-in Product offering. This high-visibility role offers a great opportunity to shape how millions of customers interact with Amazon's device upgrade journey.
As the Product Owner within the Trade-in program, you'll have end-to-end feature ownership from concept to launch, working with a dedicated cross-functional team of engineering, UX, operations, analytics, and marketing professionals. You'll be the driving force behind capabilities that define the future of device ownership and sustainability at Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with DSLT goals while partnering across UX, Marketing, and the Devices Product Lines
- Create compelling new approaches to leverage promotion strategies and drive customer experience improvements and program growth
- Lead customer research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions
- Drive innovation through AI and emerging technology integration, creating inspiring customer experiences
- Define and prioritize scalable technical solutions, including APIs and operational tools that support business growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features while maintaining high standards of execution
- Leverage data analytics to measure impact and iterate on product improvements
A day in the life
As the Trade-In Senior Product Manager, you'll be:
- Driving key business metrics and providing analytical insights to influence strategic decisions; supporting key goals
- Leading stand-ups with cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with UX on new feature designs and defining requirements for upcoming features
- Building and presenting PRFAQs on strategic initiatives to senior leaders
- Brainstorming innovative solutions with engineering teams to drive technological advancements
- Engaging with customers to gather direct feedback and inform product decisions
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to refine product roadmap
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
