As part of the team, you'll be crafting tailored creative solutions for Chinese advertisers, ensuring their campaigns stand out. This role is dynamic, supporting various categories and verticals based on business demands. Expect a fast-paced environment that fosters continuous learning, curiosity, and skill development.



Key job responsibilities
- Manage the planning and delivery of high quality advertiser engagements to educate advertisers on Amazon policies and creative best practices to positively impact campaign performance
- Project managing the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders
- Consulting with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data
- Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency and creative solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience hiring and developing sales management teams
