The AWS Worldwide Specialist's Advanced Computing Organization is seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support ensuring leadership can efficiently accomplish initiatives and goals.

As our new Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external administrative matters and act as a direct liaison to the leadership team. You will be responsible for managing confidential information with the utmost discretion, expertly handling multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, coordinating and facilitating executive meetings both internal and external, arranging domestic and international travel, and overseeing special projects. Your impact will extend beyond administrative tasks as you help foster a positive organizational environment and build strong working relationships both within and outside our team. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to become an extension of our leaders while collaborating with a supportive and engaged EA community.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage executives’ calendars with detailed scheduling across multiple levels and stakeholders
• Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics
• Completing expense reports, purchase orders, and managing corporate card purchases
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-staff meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on matters
• Serving as liaison between leadership and team members across multiple geographic regions
• Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive
• Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
• Managing other core administrative activities (space planning, new-hire onboarding, organizational charts)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience with end-to-end project management
