You will act as the single-threaded owner for Prime Video's Outside Home Country (OHC) Programming, to work cross-functionally across internal teams to maximize the global business impact of Prime Video’s international movies and series slate. You will lead by influence, acting as an advocate for the customer, the content and the program with teams throughout the company. The ideal candidate is an experienced project/program manager with a solid background in strategy, operations and a proven track record of driving growth through owning and improving multiple work streams. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, drive, and the ability to problem solve; you will be a pioneer who works with teams to expand their thinking from one country focus to a truly global approach.

This position is based in Los Angeles, but will work with teams across the globe on multiple time zones.
Key job responsibilities
- Single-threaded leader responsible for curating a slate of international programming with high appeal to global audiences
- Responsible for all program mechanisms and workstreams alongside cross-functional team, including monthly meetings, title selection, localization, slate planning, release planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (including Studios creative executives, marketing, finance, strategy, consumer insights and operations, among others) across the org to drive the best selection and centralize all program findings and drive fixes and features associated with findings
- Responsible for KPIs to improve the performance of international titles through force-multiplying across individual campaign owners and countries.
- Elevate the program narrative to share key themes and findings with key PV and Studios leaders
- Maintain and audit end to end workflows for the OHC program, quickly scaling them across the full global Prime Video organization
- Educate peers and management on processes and expectations to meet production goals and objectives
- Create a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement, quality processes, and reporting and metrics that support the delivery of world-class operations for international content support
- Influence product and UX/CX roadmaps to improve the customer experience while watching international content
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship content or marketing experience
- Experience in global and international entertainment movies or series
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with global, cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
- Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis
- Experience building and executing strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $132,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $218,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
