Seller Nurturing Specialist

Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.
· Roles & Responsibilities:
For this Marketing role, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing seller nurturing campaigns using Social CRM tools. This role requires a deep understanding of the cross-border E-commerce seller lifecycle, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation to attract and onboard new sellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, Social CRM, and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving results through innovative campaigns.
1. Seller Lifecycle Journey Enablement:
- Conduct in-depth studies of cross-border e-commerce sellers' lifecycle to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
- Design and maintain an E-learning library portal to support seller education and self-service onboarding supports.
- Innovate and experiment with new strategies to maximize seller self-service for MQL onboarding and conversion.
2. Integrated Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Develop and configure new seller nurturing and existing seller commitment campaigns in Social CRM, leveraging segmentation strategies to target specific seller groups.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns,
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
3. Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
- Designing nurturing journeys for leads, setting up channels and campaigns to target the right sellers, and implementing marketing automation in social CRM.
- Nurturing MQL to Onboarding: executing automation campaigns to nurture MQL to onboarding and encourage seller self-service for onboarding adoption.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to scale up lead nurturing results and improve conversion rates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· 3-5+ years of Marketing related working experience.
· Have strong working experience in Marketing campaign including online & offline marketing and market research.
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with proven ability to effectively manage and communicate with external and internal teams to meet marketing goals.
· Experience of analyzing data and communicating with precise but clear story-line document writing for market research.
· Data-oriented and process-driven mindset.
· Open mindset and being able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities in multi-cultural environment.
