DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Devices team is looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven product marketing manager to strengthen our ability to delight customers.

As the Sr Product Marketing Manager for Devices Shopping Experience, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the customer experience strategy across Amazon's Devices digital touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams globally and locally, you'll own the strategic vision for how customers discover and shop for our devices online. A key focus will be designing and executing tests that simplify the customer experience (solve for their frustrations), while collaborating with UX, product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable improvements to our digital shopping platform.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others and balance conflicting priorities, working closely with various local and global teams.

Key job responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for building Devices onsite customer experiences across the customer journey. S/he will work with cross-functional stakeholder set to socialize the product vision to elevate onsite experiences. The owner will demonstrate business judgement in evaluating trade-offs between opportunity and feasibility apart from resourcefulness to invent his or her way out of obstacles. The experience will offer an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of meaningful scale and innovation. Other key responsibilities will include -
1. Own the Devices Homepage CX strategy, balancing stakeholder priorities considering customer data, tenets and business long-term goals.
2. Influence central teams to launch Homepage experiments and new feature launches for Devices.
3. Own the IN Devices CX strategy and vision using internal data and external analysis.
4. Define creative, high quality, simple product requirements and roadmaps based on product strategy.
5. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support requirements.
6. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key partners
7. Stay current and report on industry trends, including new opportunities, competitor capabilities, etc.
8. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
