Come to build the future with us! We are all striving to improve Seller experience and enable Mexican Sellers to be successful selling in the US through the Global Selling Program. We believe that we have an untapped opportunity by connecting manufacturers to Sellers to start their business in the US, as well as supporting manufacturers build their brand and become Sellers.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Program Manager to drive the Manufacturing Hub strategy by attracting new manufacturers as Service Providers and connecting Sellers with Manufacturers. This program also looks into helping Manufacturers become Brand Owners, and build a successful business by selling globally. This role will own the strategy in MX and will be responsible to define key metrics and track progress. This role will also own the strategy, onboarding, and reporting of metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central teams and influence senior stakeholders.

This is a fast-moving role, requiring strong prioritization, sales experience, dive deep and communication skills. Day-to-day activities can change as our business grows and this person can expect to build initiatives that reaches thousands of potential manufacturers and Sellers. Being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity will be required for success. The ideal candidate is able to work autonomously, successfully manage a demanding project pipeline, and effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with the team.



Key job responsibilities
• Create and execute the MX Manufacturing Hub strategy and plans for 2025 and beyond.
• Manage all aspects of the initiatives: strategy building, doc writing, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing and reporting.
• Be the main point of contact and manage mechanisms ensuring bar-raising execution.
• Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics and points for improvement based on learnings.
• Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences.
• Onboard manufacturers as Service Providers and Sellers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience working with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- +2 Years of experience in Project Management
- Intermediate Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
