Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Partner Onboarding, Smart Eyewear Team
DESCRIPTION
In this role you will lead business growth initiatives to reduce partner friction to onboard and expand Smart Eyewear category. This role will focus on offline partner onboarding and success including developing training & onboarding programs, conceptualizing and running promotions with offline partners. This role requires strong cross-functional skills to lead initiatives to create smooth partner onboarding and day to day management. This visible, cross-functional role requires both strategic thinking (Think Big) and the ability to quickly Deliver Results. As a natural leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will be excited about new technology and the opportunity to develop and grow the category.
Key job responsibilities
- Align and drive partner onboarding and marketing working cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal an engineering teams to grow the business
- Establish training as a business booster to generate growth and increase sell thru
- Deliver integrated sales tools to increase awareness and engagement for Echo Frames.
- Develop retailer acquisition and engagement strategies for offline partners
- Define and measure key input and output metrics, ensuring they map to overarching annual goals and drive desired outcomes
- Manage executive and working level relationships with partners and internal teams
- Influence cross-functional teams to ensure accountability for roadmaps and tasks
- Use insights from partners, market, competitive, and end-user research to provide input into features and functionality of the product and influence customer onboarding product roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience developing training materials and running offline partner promotions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience in eyewear/Smart devices category

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
