TA Strategy Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Insights
DESCRIPTION
The Sr Program Manager - Recruiting Strategy will play a key, forward-looking role in rolling out programs related to the priorities, decisions, and growth of the WW Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. The Sr Program Manager will be a strong story teller who can weave together insights to generate action. In this role, you will have measurable long-term impact to the organization by delivering programs developed from curated insights and solutions that look across the talent lifecycle, drive the team Think Big about the future, and elevate the TA function as a strategic talent partner to the business. This is an exciting and critical area of growth TA to support insights that will be highly visible to TA leaders and business partners, and will require a significant amount of autonomy, reporting and “thinking big”.
This role will design and launch programs that derive from analysis, insights and recommendations that shape the future of how our org delivers talent to the Operations organization. The Sr Program Manager will focus on defining, planning and delivering transformational programs, and will have a proven track record of delivering insights and creating new mechanisms to efficiently track and enhance performance. They will partner with a wide array of Amazon stakeholders to manage stakeholder communication, operational KPIs, and keep the organization aligned on core goals and deliverables. This position requires organization, cross-functional collaboration, analytical strength, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and guide new programs that stem from recruiting insights
- Serve as an incubator for net-new projects and programs
- Drive deliverables and inspect KPIs related to strategic goals, such as candidate experience, diversity, elevating the bar for talent, and scaling recruiting delivery.
- Craft and deliver narratives inspecting inputs and results for strategic org goals, including candidate experience, recruiting delivery/productivity, and diversity.
- Advocate for new initiatives using research, data, and business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations.
- Partner with key functional stakeholders to ensure TA strategy and assumptions tie to long-term growth plans.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that relevant functions are kept informed of our business objectives.
- Become a subject matter expert on talent analytics resources, both self service offerings + avenues for bespoke analysis
- Develop a strong understanding of how to acquire and transform data to drive your analysis with the ability to then visualize the outputs in a way that is instantly understandable.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
