Program Manager, Transparency

Are you interested in helping Amazon ensure that customers make great purchase decisions and enable the world's most recognized Brands using Amazon to have the best experience listing and selling their products? The Transparency team is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager who will work on FC authentication experiences. To be successful in this role, you must have a high-level knowledge of FCs, and display a high Bias for Action and Ownership. You must be an effective communicator, and be able to leverage your expertise to convince stakeholders. You will work directly with engineering, business and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects from design through delivery.

This is a global role that will include interaction with brands, FCs, business development, operational teams, and stakeholders across US, EU, CN, IN, JP and AU.

Key job responsibilities
- Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver features.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus constraints.
- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
- Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization.
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Be the glue that is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team interdependencies
- Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
- Apply best practices in program management, through processes and tooling

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
