Supply Chain Manager, AGL Packaging
DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Grocery Logistics team is seeking a Program Manager within the Delivery Packaging team to manage both strategic, and cross-functional workstreams across the business with a focus on supply chain optimization. In this role, a candidate will work across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to lead novel projects that change the way that Amazon Grocery Logistics manages non-inventory and packaging supplies. The role requires an ability to handle ambiguity, manage a broad set of stakeholders, and connect operational constraints into processes related to the programs that you own. We are seeking a candidate with a strong Program Management skill set, and preferably experience in either Procurement or Supply Chain.

• Develop mechanisms to enable scalable vendor management
• Own performance reporting of KPIs and managing associated data pipelines
• Scale innovative supply strategies for non-inventory across the Amazon Grocery network.
• Invent & Simplify processes to drive decision making in highly ambiguous situations
• Lead reviews with leadership teams to communicate progress of the programs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
