Enterprise Transformation Specialist - People/Culture/Workforce, ProServe Business Development
DESCRIPTION
An Enterprise Transformation Specialist (ETS) within AWS Professional Services will work with customers, Enterprise Transformation Leaders, Strategic Pursuit teams, Generative AI Innovation Center, Industries, and the wider AWS organization on strategic, large, complex customer opportunities by providing both Enterprise Transformation and deep domain business development (BD) expertise in Organizational Change Acceleration (management) (OCA)/Culture/ Workforce Transformation, to enable customers to operationalize the value of cloud, accelerate business outcomes, and speed up AWS adoption. ETS will be fluent in Enterprise Transformation product offering and domain , and will personalize the Enterprise Transformation methodology to support customer business and GenAI use cases, as part of a collaboration with go-to-market, pan-Amazon, AWS services teams, and Partners in designing and shaping solutions for large transformational deals. They will also be a published thought leader.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Organizational Change Acceleration (management)/Culture/ Workforce Transformation expert, who has worked with both internal and external stakeholders at C-level, IT, and various lines of business, assisted customers in modernizing and optimizing their operational environments as they adopt cloud services, and conveyed compelling value propositions with relevant business level knowledge and deep enterprise OCA expertise for cloud transformation. In this role, the ETS will support go to market strategies and work cross-functionally with practice teams around the globe. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Transformation Leads to define the Enterprise Transformation solutions for execution within large complex deals, in collaboration with Strategic Pursuit Leads, ProServe teams, Partner organizations, Sales counterparts and Strategic Customer Engagement teams.
- Work in collaboration with local ProServe sales, build strategic alliances with senior customer executives and co-develop pursuit strategy by integrating Enterprise Transformation methodologies into the wider AWS offerings and services, and customer GenAI use cases to create differentiated solutions for large strategic accounts.
- Develop and conduct discussions/assessments/discovery with customers, demonstrating OCA/culture/workforce transformation expertise, and the value of ET transformation.
- Participate in business development, including proposals and customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business development influenced bookings goals, and associated KPIs, and metrics.
- Represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to promote thought leadership in cloud transformation.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 7+ years of experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including sales reps and managers, solutions architects, partner and direct marketing, business development, and other functional teams.
- 5+ years consulting experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in supporting large, complex strategic/enterprise transformational opportunities.
- Experienced in enterprise OCA/culture/workforce for cloud transformations, implementing innovative solutions to modernize IT and business environments.
- Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, as well as teams from IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, and legal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Big Consulting experience with AWS certifications and familiarity with AWS and Enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences; experience with senior-level executive engagement and relationship management.
- Understanding of public cloud value propositions, participation in cloud migration engagements, and experience in pre-sales and/or sales of cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with Agile Enterprise IT Management frameworks (e.g., SAFe®, ITIL®, Sigma, Agile/SCRUM processes) and contract/statement of work development.
- History of growth and achievement in professional services sales and delivery goals, including advisory experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
