The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is seeking for a Sr. ELM Project Manager for Base Building!

The Base Building Sr. ELM Project Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment installation, working with data to find root causes and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across North America. Key job responsibilities
• Travel up to 40% of the time
• Lead continuous improvement at the design stages and specifications for all new buildings including cross functional collaboration with design and construction, change management and procurement.
• Lead RME input for development of Building templates specification and site specific composites.
• Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs for significant milestones and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule
• Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building equipment drive continuous improvement.
• Support construction and launch execution teams leveraging discussions with vendors and other departments representatives.
• Integrate RME policies and deliverables into the launch plans and provide guidance and direction to other departments to cascade this into the designs, contract and commissioning phases.
• Capture lessons-learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches
• Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
• Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- People management and large scale project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field.
- Demonstrable experience of project management and implementation with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive successful projects results.
- Experience within the areas of Greenfield infrastructure building and construction

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
- Proven communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- High attention-to-detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
