The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team aims to offer Amazon business customers and sellers with Earth’s best payments and lending experience. This means creating trusted, convenient and frictionless products spanning credit card products, lending and invoicing solutions.

The Senior Program Manager for Amazon Lending's Voice of Seller program will be directly responsible for deeply understanding the needs of sellers to improve their experience on Amazon. You will dive deep into data to bridge quantitative data with seller anecdotes to identify the biggest opportunities to improve the seller lending experience. You will be responsible for setting the vision, crafting a strategy, and will work across multiple organizations to influence product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diving deep into data to identify insights and opportunities to accelerate business growth. You will have a track record of influencing multiple organizations and creating shared goals. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with the ability to come up with original approaches and operational improvements.

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The successful candidate has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, outstanding business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.


Key job responsibilities
• Create mechanisms that capture the Voice of Seller across a broad range of lending product offerings.
• Increase overall seller satisfaction by identifying opportunities across Amazon.
• Create a vision for Lending’s Voice of Seller and create a strategy that supports the vision.
• Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of how we capture and calculate seller feedback across multiple systems.
• Tirelessly advocate for improvements to systems and processes that will benefit sellers.
• Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
• Build scalable and nimble seller insights dashboards, tools, and processes.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization, and drive adoption of research findings through well-planned and cohesive socialization mechanisms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
