We are looking for key account manager who will play a critical role in managing and growing the key accounts on our platform.
The candidate should be customer obsessed, data driven, effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking.
The candidate will have an opportunity to shape and deliver on the growth strategy for key accounts for the Ultra Fast Grocery MENA business. You will work with market leading external merchants and multiple internal stakeholders like Business, Ops, Finance and Product teams internally.
Key job responsibilities
You will manage various activities including, engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:
1) Project management of new stores pre-launch work.
2) Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both weekly and long term basis
3) Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement
4) Drive In-stock management at scale with Merchant to manage Customer experience.
5) Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth, to improve product availability for customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 4+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities on daily/weekly basis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Project management or program management or account management
