Sr. Manager, Product Management - Tech, Digital Acceleration

Join us in building the largest subscription service on the planet! Digital Acceleration is Amazon’s e-commerce engine driving our Digital products, including Kindle, Music, Video, and Prime.
We are seeking an innovative leader to own and drive the product strategy for our services that enable customers to discover, vend, and purchase our digital offerings. This role will also spearhead our Data and AGI product strategies, shaping the future of how we leverage data and artificial intelligence to create value. You will lead a dynamic team comprising a mix of Product Managers, Economist, and a UX Designer.
As the Product Owner, you will define and execute a customer-centric product vision, working backward from a clear experience north star. Partnering closely with cross-functional product, economist, data and development teams, you will conceptualize, implement, and refine solutions that elevate customer outcomes. Your ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking, coupled with your skill in building consensus across diverse stakeholders, will be pivotal to your success.

Digital Acceleration’s (DA) vision is “to be a complete e-commerce product for Digital businesses through self-service and extensibility, by simplifying the digital lifecycle and delivering a bar-raising customer experience”. We power the commerce engine behind Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, Kindle, and other digital businesses. Our systems process billions of digital purchases annually, enabling growth and expansion for Amazon's digital businesses globally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
