Working with a large group of diverse stakeholders, this leader must provide vision and strategy for the Amazon Global Logistics Inbound Supply Chain Program management team while simultaneously being able to dive deep into the details of each new program and project to drive results, create efficiencies, and maintain cost competitiveness. This role is inherently cross-functional, the Product Manager will work closely with engineering, product, technical program manager, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our existing products and features.

The Program Manager will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences and solutions. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The chosen candidate will develop and implement strategies and solutions that will enable the movement of product from the point of manufacturing to our fulfillment centers around the world. Capabilities developed will promote Amazon sellers and vendors to reach markets at the right pace and lowest cost in order to expand selection and decrease prices for Amazon's customers.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional programs that align with our business objectives and deliver significant impact.

As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple high-impact programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will develop comprehensive program plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies. Collaborating with diverse teams across the organization, you will define program objectives, requirements, and success metrics.

Identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks throughout the program lifecycle is a crucial aspect of this role. You will facilitate effective decision-making by presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance and implementing best practices is also expected.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels of the organization, will be a key focus. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of program management practices within the organization. You will also support product teams to develop and monitor key success metrics and report the outcome to stakeholders and leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
