Sr. Manager, Fashion, Amazon Fashion
DESCRIPTION
Interested in making Amazon the more delightful shopping experience for Fashion? This role will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team in Amazon Fashion and delivering new features across the customer journey.
Key job responsibilities
This role manages managers and is responsible for developing a strategic, multi-year roadmap in partnership with internal stakeholders within Fashion and across-NAS. This leader must ensure the team has the right mechanisms to organize themselves to deliver on that roadmap, own operational excellence, and maintain high quality.

We own the Fashion shopping experience across Amazon and key features that help customers evaluate Fashion products and make low regret, low return purchasing decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
