Join our HR team for our regional Shared Services Hub located in CRI, which will support Amazon across certain LATAM (Brazil, CRI, Mexico and Canada) Countries. The Hub provides a multi-language capability to our internal customers and, we are looking for HR Administrators to join our growing Shared Services Centre. Reporting into an HR Shared Services Team Lead, role holders will provide HR Administration Services and support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Work on and support key employee life cycle processes such as new starters, data management, absence management, transfers and leavers.
- Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
- Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
- Meet setup SLAs and KPIs
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
A day in the life
Work on daily tickets/Cases to support Employee enrollments - International assignments
Support with Content management across various channels
Support with complex process like - Meal voucher calculations and delivery
Conducting C&S activity
Open enrollment and related activity
Supporting benefit policy
Contract management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a shared services or contact center environment
- Proficient in data management and maintaining accurate HR records and files
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and meet established SLAs and KPIs
- Familiarity with HR processes such as new hires, data management, absence management, transfers, and terminations
- Experience with HR information systems and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- Experience in a global or multi-country HR environment
- Exposure to HR process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HR shared services operations and best practices
