Device Quality Manager Intern
DESCRIPTION
Device Quality Manager (DQM) is customer advocacy role in our manufacturing factories responsible for ensuring that customers receive the most robust, reliable, frustration-free products from our Manufacturers. We support NPI and Mass Production (MP) product validation through Customer Voice(VOC) Feedback analysis, Out of Box Audits (OBA), and Customer Experience Testing (CET),Tear down Audit, PFMEA audit, Play session and Product Audit quality mechanisms. DQM manages quality Pre-Alert and supports Quality Alert issue resolution throughout the entire Product Lifecycle Management. Separately, DQMs represents quality in post OK2S international SKU launch and oversea sites transfer qualification. DQM plays a critical role through the entire PDP life cycle, from Product Proto build till EOM.
Key job responsibilities
Intern DQM is responsible for DQM lab management. Including manage the activities in DQM lab, build up the whole home intelligent testing system in DQM lab, regularly check and maintain the products and equipment in DQM lab. Receive and register products for testing. Assist the team to arrange meetings and play (with )session (PWS) tests, record test results and track status. Manage PWS phone tool icon, distribute icons and gifts to active participants. Intern DQM should be able to understand product user guide, and be able to set up product following Product DQM’s instruction. With Product DQM’s coaching, Intern DQM should be able to perform simple debug on device quality issue. Besides of lab management, Intern DQM is encouraged to understand the product production and testing process in factory.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of a BSME/BSIE/BSEE or related Engineering/computer/software degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and acceptable levels in English
• Must be self-motivated/self-directed, is able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and flawlessly.
• Honest, Lively and cheerful, good at communicating with people
• Good to use word or excel to make table and reports
• Good understanding on setting up consumer electronic devices based on user guide
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MSME/MSIE/MSEE or master of computer, EE, software
• Fluent in English
• Good team player, Student union members
• Can travel with frequency once per month
