Sr. Financial Analyst, Pharmacy Finance

Our Pharmacy Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Manufacturer & Provider Partners business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Pharmacy leadership, including responsibility for Provider deal analysis, controllership, financial metric tracking, leadership updates, forecasting and analysis. This position will allow the candidate to present their analysis and provide recommendations balancing business growth and profitability metrics delivered through partnerships and contracts. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business. We are looking for a Finance professional to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our Pharmacy Finance Team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. Individuals in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and multi-functional teams, to lead new programs and initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
• Managing the reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial performance of pharmacies manufacturer and provider partners.
• Develop both input and output metrics that provides business leadership insight into how partners are impacting pharmacies financials, and package them in dashboards and weekly reporting.
• Assist the Provider Services team during contracting negotiations providing them with the financial impacts derived from changes to financial terms agreed to in the contracts.
• Translate the financial terms within partner contracts into financial models to produce forward looking pharmacy operating plans on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Leverage transactional data to build financial accruals that aligns the monthly pharmacy financials to guaranteed terms agreed to within each partner contract.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
