Sr. Systems TPM, Kuiper Enterprise Service Delivery
DESCRIPTION
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
As a Systems TPM on the Kuiper Enterprise Service Delivery team you will collaborate with engineering, product management, and business development leaders to engage with enterprise customers. In this role you will collaborate with the team evaluating commitments during the pre-sales stage, plan and execute technical on-boarding and acceptance testing for Kuiper Satellite Services delivered to customers.
Key job responsibilities
You will develop system integration best practices, processes, and tools to ensure solution deployment can be documented, automated, and scale to additional enterprise customers globally. You will support Proof of Concepts, demos, and tech trials at Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), roadshows, and on-site with customers. You will also support field service partners and system integrators who work closely with Kuiper to deploy and validate our LEO satellite solutions, providing best practices and resolving critical escalations.

A day in the life
In this role, you will advocate for the customer and contribute to building product and solution roadmaps. You will build sales enablement material, tech notes and technical trainings for Kuiper internal teams, AWS, as well as partners and system integrators. Additionally, you’ll run tests on the Kuiper network using the latest customer terminals and compare / benchmark with competitor products to clearly demonstrate Kuiper's advantages, differentiation and explain to partners and customers the best tests to use when they evaluate Kuiper satellite solutions.

You will be joining a team focused on driving enterprise service delivery mechanisms for all of the customer facing hardware, software and systems for Project Kuiper.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience working as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or equivalent within telecommunications or cellular industries
- Certifications and/or relevant work experience deploying cloud-native applications for enterprise IT workloads, preferably on AWS
- Strong RF domain experience managing site surveys, assessing link budgets, signal interference, spectrum management / frequency coordination with other wireless systems
- Deep understanding of telco backhaul and hardware requirements including L2/L3 transport, acquisition, mobility, and system integration with existing OSS / BSS systems
- Detailed understanding of managed network services for enterprise and government, including, convergence of satellite and terrestrial networks, and specific use cases addressing mobility, cloud and IOT integration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
