DESCRIPTION

A Content Associate is typically responsible for managing and validating digital content within FireTV catalog. Their primary responsibilities include verifying accuracy of the errors, removing duplicates, and classifying errors according to established Standard Operating Procedures to improve ML. The individual should exercise sound judgment and highlight observations about daily operations and tools with their supervisors. They are expected to adhere to standard operation procedure and maintain high level of attention to detail, in order to ensure the best possible customer experience on FireTV devices.

Key job responsibilities
- Content Management: Maintain and update the digital content catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and manage metadata for various content types, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Keep a track on all the activities performed for the day.
- Collaboration: Work within team and take ownership in various activities. Actively participate in calibration, team hurdles and share suggestions.
- Problem identification: Give attention to the daily process and share the challenges with supervisors for improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a graduate in any stream
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail & flexible to work in various workflows.
- Open to learn new tools and technologies.
- Willingness to work on repetitive work on day to day basis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Highly passionate about Digital content specially Movies/Shows/Series.
- Active user of OTT platforms.
- Familiarity with global movies/TV shows sources like IMDb.
