B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer, so we continue to reinvent how we display our selection, price our products and provide the right customer experience.
AB Operations team is looking for smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidates to join the Operations team in Hyderabad. The position offers an exciting introduction to the world of Amazon Business. You will be working as a Catalog Specialist, assessing catalog issues and response efficiency, tonality as well as content accuracy utilized while training machine learning models. You will closely work with AB product, science and tech teams for various dive deep initiatives to identify scalable solutions, for the success of various AB features.


Key job responsibilities
• Expected to follow process SOPs and improve process efficiency
• Use internal tools and resources to manage workload
• Ability to be able to make decisions in ambiguous situations
• Pay attention to details and actively bring attention to address gaps and errors
• Consistently meet performance goals and targets
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on basic Excel competencies.

We are a global team and will be supporting different marketplaces. We engage and collaborate daily within our team, as well as with our global counterparts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
