By paying our Vendors and Suppliers (Procure to Pay), collecting cash (Order to Cash) and paying our employees (Payroll) on time and accurately, and with the best vendor experience, FinOps plays a vital role as Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company.

As Amazon continues to grow so does the demand for our FinOps services. We are recruiting an experienced, Program Manager skilled at managing impactful programs and delivering results in ambiguous and novel situations. Leading complex programs of work, you will deliver the technical capabilities that enable Amazon to expand both its services and its reach.

You will work backwards from your customer, and problem solve on their behalf. You will dive deep into their requirements, and deliver these requirements through our people, processes and technology. Working with multiple stakeholders and across many geographies, you will lead the on-time delivery of capabilities that are both compliant and deliver a high quality customer experience. You will:

· Lead complex programs from initiation to handover to BAU Operations
· Own your customer requirements and ensure that these are met during design, build and testing, and delivered into BAU Operations
· Build effective relationships with a diverse and physically widespread team, and lead them in achieving a common goal
· Show flexibility and agility in your approach, moving with ease from working level detail to VP briefings
· Simplify complex concepts, overcome obstacles and drive balanced decision making for action
· Deploy good judgement in managing competing and conflicting priorities
· Provide valuable insight and new ideas that drive the continuous improvement in how we operate and deliver for our customers
· Inspire collaboration with your peers, and participate in creating an environment that encourages learning and growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Masters degree, or MBA in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years experience of independently driving end to end delivery of complex projects
- 3+ years experience of independently driving end to end delivery of complex projects
- Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and influencing multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Relevant project management accreditation e.g. PMP, Prince2
