Program Activation Manager, Twitch Brand Partnership Studio
DESCRIPTION
The Brand Partnership Studio is an award-winning branded content studio within Twitch, and we’re looking for a Program Activation Manager, with a passion for delivering great creative work.
Based out of the Madrid Amazon office, you will work closely with our Creative Strategy and Creative Production teams to coordinate the flawless project management and delivery of our campaigns across Twitch’s European markets.
Working alongside a team of Program Activation Managers and reporting into the Program Activation EU5 lead - you will oversee multiple creative projects and internal/external relationships simultaneously. You should be a problem-solver and critical thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life in an engaging way across digital platforms.
Key job responsibilities
- Project manage the execution and delivery of all custom solutions projects from sale to project launch, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting timeline milestones and delivering within budget
- Collaborate with all partners and vendors at all stages of every project, keeping key stakeholders informed and where necessary, escalating issues
- Create schedules and budgets across projects
- Liaise directly with talent in negotiation, briefing, contracting and in the behind the scenes ‘stage-management’ of sponsored live-streams
- Secure timely approvals, coordinate action-items and communicate constantly with Production, the Client Success and Sales teams
- Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and Solutions
- Alongside our client services team, be accountable for client relationships with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource, financial reporting and billing

We bring the joy of co-op to everything, from casual gaming to world-class esports to anime marathons, music, and art streams. The Brand Partnership Studio sits within the Twitch Revenue and Experiences team as part of the wider Amazon Ads org. Our team’s role is to function as a strategic partner to brands on Twitch; creating world-class creative work while driving advertising revenue.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
