As a Sales Manager within the Grocery vertical, you will report to the Director and use your strong management skills and 10+ years’ experience selling digital advertising solutions to coach, retain and motivate a senior sales team that works with C-Level clients and their ad agencies to successfully drive revenue targets.

You will employ your dual strategic and tactical approach to determine short and long-range revenue plans per account and Account Executive with a focus on increasing the team’s overall sales performance.

Key job responsibilities
• The team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of AEs overseeing enterprise accounts.
• This individual will drive their business like an owner, deliver exceptional solutions, dive deep, be a voice of their customer, and focus on operational excellence.
• This role currently requires a minimum of three days working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as needed. Beginning January 2, 2025, the expectation will be five days a week of in office presence with travel as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience in consistently closing sales and generating revenues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving the sales management process as well as playing a hands-on role in driving sales
- Experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $263,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
