The Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge PXT Centers of Excellence organization seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development Programs, to deliver impactful solutions that support the development of our world-class leaders.

This role must be based in Seattle or New York.

Your consultative skillset allows you to partner effectively with a wide range of senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop delivery mechanisms which drive adoption of our solutions. Your razor-sharp planning and project management skills allow you to manage multiple priorities and pivot with agility when circumstances change or a new direction is set. A builder at heart, your experience in adult learning, inclusive leadership development, and instructional design enables you to roll up your sleeves and to build solutions when opportunities arise. Key job responsibilities
• Define the needs of the business in partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and peer leadership development leaders
• Creatively design and deliver leadership development programs for several core Amazon businesses
• Evaluate current programs for effectiveness and relevancy and develop a roadmap for iteration, deprecation and/or creation of future programs.
• Raise the bar on our training experiences by measuring the impact and seeking customer feedback to determine areas for improvement
• Building development experiences with an inclusive, global mindset

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in program or project management
• Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and learning industry trends and best practices.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A deep understanding of DEI concepts, theories, and practices.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable, engaging, learner-centered interventions.
• Demonstrated experience with key technologies such as Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams in global environment without positional authority.
• Proven analytical capabilities; experience deriving relevant insights, trends, and themes from large amounts of data and developing summary reports for consumption by senior stakeholder.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
• Proven track record of serving in a “trusted advisor” capacity to customers and executives.
• Successful track record of building, implementing, and improving operational processes; familiarity with continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or LEAN.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
