About the team
As the TPM for Storage Solutions Deployment you seek to maximize decision-making velocity by removing obstacles, but recognize that maintaining reporting lines within functional disciplines is good for raising the bar within a discipline to achieve greater efficiency; you rely heavily on getting work done through others and you are a master of influencing others to meet deliverables. The Storage Solutions Deployment STL works across service owners in Deployment to drive prioritization, maintain commitments, and manage all of the associated cross-team communication.

While the Storage Solutions STL does not ultimately own headcount allocation by service, you are empowered to audit, evaluate, and escalate risk to the functional leader when headcount allocation is a driver of service delivery risk.

- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
