Supplier Quality Program Manager

Our Private Brands offer customers great value with high quality products at great price. We are looking for a Manager with excellent judgement, strong operating skills, direct experience with consumer product expectations and manufacturing strategies to support our rapidly growing and evolving business and drive for invention and process improvement. The role also requires interacting with global business teams, supply chains, and sustainability to balance current and future business needs while protecting both the customer experience and brands.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive both process and tech solutions to improve APB products packaging in terms of quality, cost, and sustainability. Develop best practices to foster, manage, track and measure success.
• Lead to drive consensus for the project vision and implementation with key internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead scoping and prioritization to maximize business benefits from an organization-wide view;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements to meet business need;
• Communicate technical, quality, and process requirements to non-technical stakeholders;
• Design and operate scalable training programs via webinars or onsite for both internal and external stakeholder.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
