The team mission is to build the partner community that becomes the scale engine to serve our customers adoption of AWS services to transform their business. We do this by recruiting, activating and developing Systems Integrators (SI) that will work backwards from our customers and innovate with us on their behalf. Our team strives to deliver the best Partnership Experience and Profitability.
Key job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned Partner accounts and coordinate the extended team working within their accounts in Mexico
• Elaborate and develop joint Partner Business Plans
• Define specific services and bundle offerings
• Forecast sales
• Up-sell other services and penetrate new territories
• Optimize allocation of marketing development funds
• Resolve financial challenges with their Partner accounts
• Work across a range from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed team leadership
• Use data to problem solve and a track results through continuous improvement
• Think and act creatively to leverage resources
• Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
About the team
The partner development team is composed by a group of diverse strategic thinkers, that put strategy into action while executing on high growth business objectives. Business developers that work hand in hand with Soultions Architects, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Entrepreneurs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
