DESCRIPTION

The primary objective of the Program Manager is to ensure standardization of processes, procedures and drive compliance across India network, conduct periodical reviews of the same along with stakeholders and drive changes, drive a culture of continual improvement across India security and Loss Prevention, maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with World Wide Operations Security guidelines and policies,



Key job responsibilities
The role is cross-functional and requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from field SLP operations, business and corporate functions. Program Manager's day to day activities involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing process and procedures as per the organization and World Wide Operations Security guidelines and policies. In collaboration with field security operations identify opportunities, work with stakeholders in standardizing and implementing process compliance. Drive a culture of continual improvement through appropriate training, awareness, mentoring, track and drive initiatives to successful completion. Ability to independently handle change management and deliver outstanding results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
