The Private Brands team is looking for a passionate, analytical, and resourceful person to deliver a best-in-class initiatives spanning Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations to support our rapidly expanding portfolio of products that are designed to meet our customers’ everyday needs. The role spans Global Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations and is the cornerstone of our supplier interactions.
To succeed, you must possess the ability to plan and operate from a global and company-wide perspective, quickly learn the business to understand key metrics and gain proficiency with Amazon systems. You own defining, measuring, and executing the goals of your business and will be expected to identify opportunities that drive projects to improve buying and shipping, surface and resolve defects, reduce waste/cost and improve overall efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead warehouse and transportation capacity forecast management for the import and export business, ensuring that we have the right capacity to support the business growth;
• Analyzing planning gaps/deviation, communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, translate them into actionable items to improve future plans; •
• Put innovation to work, drive automated solutions across our supply chain network to improve operation excellence, increase inventory turns and mitigate overstock risks.
• Participate in global operational and production planning initiatives and project roll outs to cater to growing business needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience with Freight Forwarding and Cross-Border (Export) business is a plus
- Familiar with SQL and/or Python and able to query required data through SQL command
